Richard Otto Wiegand

Richard “Otto” Wiegand is an international agricultural consultant, author, historian and amateur photographer located in Spooner, Wisconsin.

He is currently working on family history centered around the village of Cleveland in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Please contact him if you have Wiegand family roots originating in the Detmold area of Germany or Saxon roots between Dresden and Leipzig in Germany.
